About Xen Healing

Xen Healing (pronounced "Zen Healing") is a new form of energy healing that works on multiple levels to create deep and lasting changes. Xen Healing works in communication with your higher self and/or higher power and your personal intentions to facilitate healing. In certain cases, Xen Healing may result in a complete reality shift for the individual receiving the healing. If you are feeling stuck, and not sure how to make changes in your life, Xen Healing can help.

Xen Healing is a meditative healing technique that also uses elements of hypnosis and guided visualization. It works via intention and focus. It can be performed as a self-healing technique or with the assistance of a practitioner. The practitioner can go into a meditative state to assist the client with healing or guide the client into a meditative state to allow healing to occur. Xen Healing does not require any specific belief system and can be used by Christians, atheists, Buddhists, and anyone else.

Xen Healing uses a five-step healing process to create deep and lasting changes in the recipient:

1. Protection.
We live in a sea of energy and are often unknowingly affected by the negative thoughts and emotions around us. In this step, we release the effects of any negative energies being sent to us by others.

2. Clearing.
Energetic obstacles - internal and external - are cleared to facilitate healing.

3. Alignment.
Past, present, future, and parallel selves are brought into alignment with the individual's highest good. The individual's reality is anchored into the highest possible form.

4. Energizing.
An energetic gridwork is visualized to provide physical healing to affected areas and/or help create positive connections, abundance, or supportive environments.

5. Manifesting.
The client's healing intention is put out to the world.

About Xen: The word "Xen" is a common misspelling of "Zen," referring to the branch of Buddhism rooted in deep meditation and personal awareness. The word "Zen" is related to the sanskrit word "Dhyana," referring to a deep meditative state as referenced in Pantajali's Yoga Sutras. The letter "X" has many meanings, including reference to Jesus Christ as well as birth and death in Kaballah tradition. Xen Healing is not a Buddhist practice but utilizes deep meditation as a path to healing. For Christians and others with an interest in Christ Consciousness, Xen Healing can be used as part of a Christ-centered spiritual path, with the meditative focus on Christ Consciousness used to facilitate healing. Atheists, however, can also use Xen Healing as a mental tool to clear out blockages from the subconscious, without the need to add spiritual beliefs to the practice. As such, the practice is flexible and can be used with a variety of belief systems.

Who performs the Xen Healing sessions?

My name is Stephanie and I am a Reiki Master and founder of Xen Healing. I have been running Element Energy Center, a popular energy healing website offering Reiki attunements, for many years. I have founded many Reiki systems that have now traveled the world and translated into many different languages. I do not want to make this site about my personality so much, I want it to be about the healing.

Do you offer in-person Xen Healing sessions?

Yes. However, in-person sessions are really not necessary, and private sessions by phone are recommended as a more environmental option (also allowing access to people around the world). Costs are $80/session. Please contact me if interested.

How frequently are sessions are recommended?

Originally, Xen Healings were recommended no more than once per month, but the healing system has been adjusted to allow for healings performed at any frequency.

How long will it take to see results?

It depends on the issue, but it could be a week to a few weeks to a few months (a few months would apply to a personal issue such as changing careers, etc.).

Will you be offering Xen Healing training in the future?

Yes, I am working on a training system right now. I will be providing training for individuals to perform Xen Healing on themselves and training for healing professionals to use Xen Healing on others. Please sign up for the newsletter to stay abreast of developments.
